Unbelievable!

What an unbelievable week I have had! I have passed the board exam to gain the credential of Board Certified Behavior Analyst. It has been a long time coming. I appreciate all the support I have received from all those who have helped me achieve this goal. It is angels like you that make each and every moment so fulfilling. I am now even more engaged and passionate about reshaping this field!

Reception!!!

The reception PH Balance Behavioral has received thus far has been amazing. The community has been so supportive and the families we are currently working with have been phenomenal. The case managers who we have recently been working with have been fantastic and are so driven to provide access to necessary services for their clients. Learning how most all medical and behavioral providers are connected has been enlightening. Insurance companies are holding the highest standards for those who want to be credentialed and those who already are credentialed. I am always glad to see high expectations when it comes to the needs of the clients and population we providers serve.

PH Balance has also made many allies within the behavioral therapy field which has been nice. There is such a need for behavioral services that it is imperative those within the field collaborate. As PH Balance Behavioral moves forward, it will strive to support other ABA, mental, and behavioral service providers in any way it can. We are all essential!

First Steps!

We have solidified are first few clients and the referrals are coming in. We as an organization have set things up so well that we are moving forward with ease. As the owner I deal with many of the same stressors and grievances of my previous positions, but knowing that I truly have the power to change that pushed me forward. I also want to thank all the case managers and insurance workers who have helped me get to where PH Balance Behavioral is now! Till next time….

The needs of the clients supersedes anything else, and it is great to see others joining in our mission. From insurance companies, referral agencies, case managers, families, and staff, everyone has been extremely supportive of the mission of PH Balance! The beginning!

PH Balance Behavioral is officially opened and fully functioning within the state of Colorado. I cannot be prouder of everyone who has put so much work into making this happen. We are looking to develop a strong team of highly skilled and talented employees. The clients we serve deserve top quality services at all times. We are here to put the skill, passion, and care back into healthcare. We look forward to providing Coloradans with an exceptional experience with behavior therapy, where progress is a priority!
